Was told two hours for oil change and 5-point inspection and that is what it was. I used my rewards for the service and that too was no problem and very easy to do.

Recently had my vehicle serviced at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Pompano Beach. I am completely satisfied with the work. They also performed a recall that was due to be done, as well. Stacy was my service advisor and was very helpful.

The team made me feel very welcomed and comfortable from the first conversation on the phone, from the moment I walked in to the sales room, all the way through the purchasing process. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and I was very happy with the negotiation process. I feel like we negotiated a fair out the door price and then a fair trade in value. The team worked with me to get me into the truck I wanted to get into and got me into it at the price I was looking to pay for it monthly, without me revealing to them my budget or a target monthly payment. My whole experience was great, and was even surprised with the honestly of my salesman Camille Nehme when he made me aware that I could keep the bed cover off my old truck that I traded in, and put it on the bed of the new truck, when I thought I wouldn’t be able to. I would highly recommend Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet of Pompano to all my friends and family for all their vehicle purchases.

I experienced a high level of service and professionalism at the Pompano Beach Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet dealership. The salesman, manager and finance representative were professional and courteous and my overall experience was excellent.

Stacy, the rep that was helping me was not very helpful. I have called her. I left her several messages. She has not returned my call when they did the oil change and if they did the oil change, they never put a sticker on my windshield to tell me when is my next time I have to change my oil

Lesmel Abrue was AMAZING!!! He took his time in helping my son purchase his first new/used car, working a deal that worked for all parties. His communication and follow up during the process was exceptional. He also, without being pushy, showed me some options of new vehicles entertaining my specific needs without question. He was so good that I was essentially sold, and ultimately purchased, a brand new 2026 Traverse right off the truck! It is clear that customer service is paramount at this dealership and I would happily recommend Lesmel to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My Service Consultant Marco Ribeiro was excellent. He provided a friendly informative service experience. I do have a major complaint that is not related to Mr Ribeiro. I didn't notice until I left the dealer, that someone caused a sizable chip in my paint on my front bumper. This should have been remedied before I got my car back and I should have been informed about the chip. That's unacceptable especially considering I paid $1.8K for service. That's bad business and shows a lack of integrity. I'll have a hard time trusting to take my car there again!

My experience was nothing short of outstanding! I was greeted with a smile that made me feel welcomed. Stacey immediately waited on me which indicated my time was valued. A free diagnostic service with a summary of their findings, as well as, recommendations for other issues that needed to be addressed was done. My wait time wasn't very long and the lounge was impeccably clean and inviting!

Second service experience. First oil change and rotation. Was the first customer to arrive at 7:59 for 8am appointment. Greeted well enough. Really appreciated the cappuccino machine. Was given a time estimate of 90 mins. Ended up being 45 mins longer than that with other customers arriving later having their vehicle back before mine. No big deal. Appreciated the WiFi and the ability to work from the lounge on my laptop. Note that the video from service listed I believe as a multi point inspection was just a video of a technician walking around my truck for 20 seconds with one or two unintelligible sentences near the end of the video and thus provided no customer value. When k bought the vehicle, I saw a sign for free car washes for a year. Haven’t yet received a car wash from this dealer during both service visits, though asking for it in the service notes when making the appointment.

I had the most nicest guy Ethan Klein who helped me fix my problem with my car he was very nice he made sure that I had a ride to get back home or to work he wrote my car up for what I told him what was wrong with it and he had it taken care of for me now it's riding like a cow like and I appreciate it very much job well done Ethan thank you and Lou Chevrolet service thank you

Colin was top notch, very accommodating, a real pleasure to deal with. The mechanics that work on my car however, did not bother to clean their mess they made inside and outside my car. Also I didn't appreciate that they apparently used my car to take a nap in ( passenger side seat was left all the way back with napkins and sandwich wraps left on the floor.) Would I go back in the future? If Colin is there YES.

My service advisor, Stacy always does a thorough job, making sure that I am doing the required service to keep my warranty in force. My appointment was on time and service was done that day and she kept me informed on the progress.

It took 8 days and I received my vehicle back with the same noise still present that I brought it there for.

Everything was great. Collin was very helpful. The only complaint I have is I spoke to him about needing four new tires and he said he would order them. This was last week and I haven’t heard anything yet. I’ve called and texted trying to get ahold of him with no response.

Came in to get my car inspected for a noise I was hearing while driving. While I can’t complain on the service done to car, my biggest issue is receiving back a dirty truck not how I gave it to them. Truck had mud prints from worker boots and mud all over the side of truck from where it was parked. Would have be thankful to receive vehicle back exactly how I dropped it off

Marcio was professional as always. The support staff that take your vehicle at drop off were courteous. It was unusual for me to spend 5 hours at the service department for what was preventative maintenance and replacement of windshield wipers. I was offered the time slot that I took. I would have preferred to schedule for a day when the majority of my workday is not spent at the service department.

The turbo was broken I left the car and they call a shuttle to drive me home excellent costumer service and amazing job with fixing my car very happy

my vehicle was towed in on friday. i called monday and was told someone would get with me. i called tuesday for the third time and told yea car is here ill get someone to call you back. wednesday i finally get a real person, no one ever called, and told you had no idea my car was there. however this young lady started texting me , kept me up to date, and finally on friday my car was done. costing me an additional rent a car fees for 2 days.

Stacy took care of my vehicle and she was extremely professional.

The only real reason i brought in my 2021 Chevrolet Corvette, was to deal with the display showing that my lift mechanism needed servicing. The error or warning kept coming up every time the front was raised or lowered. I told the service man and the women on the phone that took my appt. That was yesterday. This morning, when the lift activated, the same warning came up. I called and left message and still have not heard anything. On the invoice, this service was not even mentioned! This is inconvenient and problematic. I work. Perhaps a new dealer and service is in order!

Was surprised though that the Transmission Service that is required at 7k miles was not performed when I had it in for Service in January 25. I had specifically requested that service to be done (different service advisor) and now I was informed I missed that service.

no one could help me with getting a 2nd key for the new Silverado I bought from you. Sales person contacted many time over the past few months. He finally said he put in an order but the service person would not do anything and told me to see salesman..... $60,000 new truck and you won't provide a second key. This is the first truck I bought from you but it might be my last. Tire Air pressure put in was up to 40lbs. All 4 tires were over recommended psi

Upon arrival I checked in for my oil change and the gentleman that assisted mr gave me a price for an oil change which was more than what I saw online. When I asked what about the price on YOUR WEBSITE? He stated, “Oh yea we can do that too.” I didn’t understand why attempt to overcharge me when you know there’s a lower price on your own website. I won’t be returning to the dealership again to have any of my future services done.
