It was easy getting and changing my appointment. They finished the oil change quickly, along with the multi point inspection and brake inspection. I didn't need brake though will probably need them next time. Stacy my service writer does a great job and always makes me feel heard. She is a great asset to Lou Bachrodt and Chevy.

no one could help me with getting a 2nd key for the new Silverado I bought from you. Sales person contacted many time over the past few months. He finally said he put in an order but the service person would not do anything and told me to see salesman..... $60,000 new truck and you won't provide a second key. This is the first truck I bought from you but it might be my last. Tire Air pressure put in was up to 40lbs. All 4 tires were over recommended psi

my vehicle was towed in on friday. i called monday and was told someone would get with me. i called tuesday for the third time and told yea car is here ill get someone to call you back. wednesday i finally get a real person, no one ever called, and told you had no idea my car was there. however this young lady started texting me , kept me up to date, and finally on friday my car was done. costing me an additional rent a car fees for 2 days.

I dealt with Colin in the service department,at the Pompano Beach dealership. I had an oil change and tires rotated, the job was done, timely, and professionally.

Vehicle was not washed door handle inside had oil from techs arm on leather. Tires not rotated

Stacey always gives it to me straight. I have been going to Lou Bachrodt to service my car since I bought it there 10 years ago.

The only real reason i brought in my 2021 Chevrolet Corvette, was to deal with the display showing that my lift mechanism needed servicing. The error or warning kept coming up every time the front was raised or lowered. I told the service man and the women on the phone that took my appt. That was yesterday. This morning, when the lift activated, the same warning came up. I called and left message and still have not heard anything. On the invoice, this service was not even mentioned! This is inconvenient and problematic. I work. Perhaps a new dealer and service is in order!

Excellent service

Marcio was prompt, courteous and professional. Car was turned around reasonably quick. Was surprised though that the Transmission Service that is required at 7k miles was not performed when I had it in for Service in January 25. I had specifically requested that service to be done (different service advisor) and now I was informed I missed that service.

The overall experience was great, Marcio was always available and kept me updated on my vehicle status. They arranged for a rental while my cars was being fixed.

Stacy was awesome… very professional, knowledgeable, and she took extra time to explain my options. She provided a level of customer service over and above what you see out in the business world these days.

Upon arrival I checked in for my oil change and the gentleman that assisted mr gave me a price for an oil change which was more than what I saw online. When I asked what about the price on YOUR WEBSITE? He stated, “Oh yea we can do that too.” I didn’t understand why attempt to overcharge me when you know there’s a lower price on your own website. I won’t be returning to the dealership again to have any of my future services done.

It was a not so great experience. I purchased the car even though it was more than I expected ($5,000). In order for the purchase to happen, so many promises were made but now he said he didn’t say anything. My companion heard him give so many promises.

I needed an oil and transmission change for a Vette and expected a long wait and I was in and out within 2 and a half hours.

I am not very happy. I had to wait over a week to get my car back because you had to order the par from Michigan which you drove down here to Florida, which pissed me off. I was without a car for over a week. This has nothing to do with Marco. I’m not blaming him, but I think your system stinks and that’s the way I feel.
